HGSS Managing Partner Eric D. Holland was recently appointed to the Executive Committee for the IKO Shingle MultiDistrict Litigation (MDL) pending in Urbana, Illinois.  This litigation is a consolidation of class action cases filed across the United States involving a variety of alleged defects in certain IKO roofing shingles.  Holland is one of the founding partners of Holland Groves Schneller & Stolze and is routinely involved in high-profile product liability litigations. In 2010 he resolved three major product liability actions that had received extensive media coverage, two involving wrongful deaths and another on behalf of a burn victim.  For additional information about the IKO Shingle MDL or other product liability actions, please email info@allfela.com
